As the company’s executive chairman, Bob Stevens drives strategy and growth, and fosters an enviornment of service and results. 

A Rich History

Nearly 25 years ago, Bob Stevens was working as a healthcare attorney helping hospitals make sense of the daunting and complex contracts that made being appropriately compensated for the services they provided nearly impossible. He recognized that payers had armies of experts and mountains of data on their side, and hospitals didn’t have a chance at navigating the increasingly difficult path toward revenue. In 1996, Bob and healthcare CFO, Mike Arthur, founded Bottom Line Systems to give hospitals a voice with payers, and to help them collect the revenue they were entitled to. Today, the company operates from the same philosophy established by the founders more than two decades ago — details make the difference.
