Answers to Common Questions
What can I expect of the recruiting process?
Our recruiting mission at BLS|Revecore is to identify top talent to join our growing team of healthcare professionals so we are able to provide the highest level of service and results to our clients. Our recruiting process affords us the ability to take our candidates through a structured but also personalized experience. The process generally includes the following stages, however can be modified at any time in response to client and/or business needs.
Application – Testing – Recruiter Phone Interview – Face-to-Face Interview with Hiring Manager – Reference Checks – Offer
Candidates may be moved out of process during any stage if we feel the position is not a suitable fit for the candidate. “Fit” is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, education, etc.
Does BLS|Revecore have any pre-hire screening processes?
Yes. All offers of employment are contingent upon a candidate’s ability to pass a criminal background check, OIG check, and drug screen. In addition, all employees of BLS|Revecore must sign a Conditions of Employment document which includes a non-compete clause.
Does BLS|Revecore offer training for newly hired employees?
Yes! We have a thorough training and on-boarding process for new hires. All new hires participate in two weeks (non-consecutive) of classroom training. Team-specific training is delivered by each department. Training mentors guide employees through the introductory period process (which generally lasts 120 days in length). Training mentors prove to be great resources for our newly hired employees and strive to ensure these employees receive the training, tools, and resources necessary to be a successful member of our team.
